ITERI provides a wide range of services for organizations and educators:
Grant and Program Evaluation – many grants require the
inclusion of an independent grant evaluator. ITERI will assist with developing
measurements for grant outcomes along with monitoring systems to ensure
success. Instrument development is part
of the process including online surveys, interviews, and participant
surveys. Data analysis is a key
component of this service (see below). Development of key grant outcome and
evaluation sections is part of this service.
Data Analysis – Disaggregation of large data sets to tell a numerical picture of a district or program. Using district assessment results and student information, key areas for improvement can be illustrated and supported with data. These reports can be integral for state and local reporting, resource allocation decisions, and program recommendations.
Change Leader – ITERI can be the independent agent who implements a school or district-wide change. Typically, key stakeholders are led in cooperative discussion to set up goals and a tactical plan for implementation. ITERI can oversee this process to make sure it stays on track and on time!
Staff Development – Interactive workshops can be designed for your groups from 3 – 300. Single workshops and several day retreats can be organized to meet your needs. ITERI not only coordinates large staff development retreats, we can offer workshops in the following topics:
Data analysis, Higher Order Thinking Skill Lesson
Development, Literacy in the Content Area, inquiry-based questioning, and the
Scientific Method as a Way of Living.
Assessment Development and Evaluation – from test items to rubrics for homework, lessons, projects, lesson plans, and self reflection, ITERI can develop assessments to meet your needs.
